It's pretty easy!

You start by posting a project. Make sure to provide enough details on the project. Try as much as possible to let bidders/freelancers understand exactly what you require from them. You can even upload a file with more details and description to help bidders understand your needs.

If you find out you have missed a vital information out you can always edit your project to add such information, unless you have selected bidder.

We also have a project clarification board which you can use to provide more details on the project.

Once you have successfully posted your project, you will quickly start receiving bids from skilled freelancers willing to work on your project.

Hiring works pretty much like the in-person process for in-house jobs: You read cover letters and resumes, and here at FreelanceGhana, you also have the contractors' portfolios, FreelanceGhana work histories and feedback ratings to consider before you even contact anyone.

However, contacting a freelancer or vise versa before awarding the project through any other means other than our Private Messaging (PM) is strictly prohibited.

You can use the Private Messaging to communicate with bidders to determine the best candidate. Once you find the right bidder, hiring is a simple click.

Pretty much anything that can be done remotely — we're often surprised by the ever-increasing variety of work that are done remotely. You can hire talented web and software developers, writers, graphic designer, customer service representatives, marketers and much more. You can see the full list on the "Project Categories" page.

Being specific about the work and communication skills you need, your timeline and other details helps attract more bidders who can work within your requirements. You might browse similar projects already posted and decide which would attract you to apply and which you'd be inclined to skip.
